The location was good, the staff were friendly and helpful. The on‑site restaurant/bar served excellent food. The room was very clean. The bar stayed open until 12 am, which was fine. However, one of our rooms was directly above the party area because the smokers were taken outside, but it didn’t last too long.

Close to the tram. The room and bathroom were too small, making it hard to turn around! The furnishings were old and dirty. It was very noisy at night because of the bar next door.

The room was clean and well decorated; the shower was great and the beds were comfortable.

The staff were friendly and the location is only a 15‑minute walk from my workplace. Breakfast was a simple self‑serve spread (cereal, yogurt, croissant, toast) with orange juice, tea, and coffee. The rooms were clean and tidy, but the carpet was worn in some spots. Still, the price was very competitive, so despite a few rough edges, overall it was good value. I stayed in room 21; other rooms might be better.

Friendly staff, especially the room‑cleaner, went above and beyond; the meals were tasty and a good deal. The rooms, however, need a refresh—carpet is worn and threadbare in spots, and the bed feels hard and uncomfortable.
