The restaurant staff need retraining; they're always rushing to clear our food before we finish, with too many trainees and few senior staff in charge. Surprisingly, the trainees were more helpful than the seniors who always say NO to every request. If the service improved, this hotel would be perfect.

The deluxe pool‑view room was excellently located, just meters from the pool, offering Bali sea views and a gorgeous sunset from our terrace. It was very large, spacious, and well presented. The resort grounds were beautiful and well maintained, and the staff were friendly as usual in Bali resorts. The restaurant, though in a great spot with beautiful views, had a limited menu and disappointing food quality. The staff couldn't speak English. I dined there on night one of my 3‑night stay, then didn't return except for breakfast, which was included in my room cost but also disappointing. No western options besides an omelette made to order, and the Indonesian selection was poor. The coffee was lukewarm, and I had to constantly ask for basics like salt, pepper, napkins, and even cutlery.

Right by the sea with two nice pools, but it was very noisy and every time I returned to my room I had to log back into the Internet because the connection kept dropping.
