The room I received was completely different from the photos; the pictures show a very tidy room, but what I got was unacceptable. It feels like a scam—cheating customers for profit. They don’t have the courage to show the true condition of their rooms. Worst room.

The rooms were dirty and nothing like the images shown. I booked an AC room but received a non‑AC one, and it wasn’t a double‑bed room. The bed sheet, bathroom, everything looked awful. Never book this hotel again.

There was no breakfast offered by the hotel. The room was dirty, and no AC was available. At checkout, they handed me a cash memo that didn’t even print the hotel’s name, instead of a proper bill. The staff behaved very rudely, and when I checked in they cancelled my reservation. The photos on the website were far from what the rooms actually looked like.
