“Even though I had a bad experience with the cop everything else was wonderful except our room didn’t have a window”
Clean nice staff good breakfast. No parking , and when I parked outside the hotel , a cop took my car plate 😭

The location was fine, but when I booked through this app they assigned me to a room on the top floor; I asked if a lower floor was possible and they said no, claiming those rooms were reserved for hotel‑direct guests or walk‑ins. This is the first time I felt treated poorly just for booking via Booking. Also everything is priced—if you do X it costs Y, if you do Z it costs Z—and that’s not right. They don’t sell drinks and you can’t bring any, nor do they sell food and you can’t bring any, which made the stay less pleasant.

We liked the accommodation, the spaces were comfortable and clean, easy to access and very well located :) The reception staff were super attentive! The noise from the stairs on the top floor was an issue. We were very close, and in the morning around 7am they started going up and down the stairs with a lot of force haha. I understand it might have been because they were starting breakfast preparations. Also, we didn’t get Wi‑Fi on the 3rd floor.
