The breakfast was delicious and the facilities were solid, but the Islamic event that ran until 10 pm made a lot of noise.

1. Location to nearby eateries (both cafes and warungs). 2. Hotel staff - service level is par excellent. Special mention goes to Mas Rafi, and also all the hotel’s F&B and Front Desk staff. Loved everything. Nothing to dislike

The place was spotless, the location was great and grabbing a bite late at night was super convenient, but the hot water kept cycling between hot and cold.
The park right in front and the many nearby department stores made the area very convenient and the staff were helpful, but the bars around the hotel got noisy after dark and you couldn’t sleep through the night.
