The idea behind the place sounded nice, yet the accommodation was disgusting, with dozens of long black hairs everywhere in the shower stones; the whole flat was covered in hair, even false eyelashes, trash wasn’t emptied, no cleaning or towel changes, the balcony rope was broken, the mosquito net stained, and we were greeted rudely—Indonesian staff kept insisting on helping with our luggage and smiling, making us feel like a nuisance; it was by far the worst experience in Bali compared to four other properties where we gave 10/10, so we strongly advise against this place.

The location is beautiful for watching sunsets, and the pool is nice for relaxing. The staff is very welcoming and ready to help organize tours or book taxis. They also arrange in‑room service (breakfast, lunch, or dinner) on request. The bathroom is good. Because of the location, I occasionally found small critters in the room.

Nice view, nice room, nice pool. An animal passing through the roof would defecate on the floor or bed daily, there’s a lot of hair on the bathroom floor from past guests, and a neighboring property would play chanting/music very loudly at 5am on some days.

The Secret Triangle has real highlights: the sunsets here were amazing, and having two pools was a lovely bonus. The rooms’ interior was really nice, with a boutique‑style feel that added a nice touch to the stay. The location was also quite good, close to the center but tucked away. If you’re not a fan of insects, this might not be the place for you — I had a lot of ants in my room, plenty of mosquitoes, and other insects too, plus gecko droppings on more than one occasion. My experience with the staff was mixed. On my last day, I asked twice for help with my luggage as I needed to leave to catch my ferry, but didn’t get any assistance. I also had to ask twice over two days to get my bed sheets changed, as they had noticeable stains.
