They let us check in early and handed us six wristbands for the pool; the staff handled even rude guests professionally. However, there was no late check‑out, no maps or elevator info for the pool area, and the front entry lacked a mirror.

“Beyond all expectations! Amazing people and facility”

I was blown away by the accessibility here; the wheelchair ramp to the kids’ splash area and the pool lift made everything easy, though the slides themselves weren’t wheelchair friendly. The rooms were fully accessible and the staff went out of their way to help. It was truly fantastic and I’m already planning a 2‑day return because one night just didn’t cover all the activities. The only downside was that we only stayed for one night.
