Everything unrelated to the hotel. The hotel didn’t clean the room, towels had to be requested, there was no hospitality, no criteria for problem resolution, and I didn’t expect this from a Sheraton.

“A big hotel name doesn't guarantee great service or good staff; the lack of care here is obvious.”

Honestly, the only good thing about this hotel is its location. The shower water pressure is good, the beds are average, and the elevators are fast, so it could be seen as an average hotel, but a lot still needs work. The hotel was understaffed; during our stay we heard a constant, very noisy strike that spilled into the entrance and ruined the peace, making arrival unpleasant. The beds weren’t made and the rooms weren’t cleaned during our four‑night stay; fresh towels were not provided and the trash wasn’t emptied. The breakfast at the restaurant was terrible, with dirty tables and clearly unhappy staff. The food tasted awful, options were very limited, and it was overpriced. The facilities are old and need significant maintenance. The rooms are noisy, and plumbing noises can be heard all the time—including from bathrooms in adjacent rooms and other floors. The Wi‑Fi keeps asking for your room number and keeps dropping the connection on every previously registered device.

“Pésima experiencia”

Las camas estaban cómodas. Había huelga en el hotel y no había personal. No me hicieron el aseo y la comida del desayuno estaba mala. No había quien contestara los teléfonos y tenía que bajar a recepción para pedir toallas y papel de baño. Pésima experiencia

“Headaches for 4 days in a row.”

Proximity to everything. Unfortunately, the workers decided to strike the day I arrived. I support workers trying to collectively bargain and their right to strike. However, the excessive noise (drums, chanting on megaphones and other noise makers) from 5am to 10:30pm every night was too much to accept as reasonable. It ruined my experience and all the time I spent at the hotel. The incorrect information given to me by hotel staff did not help the situation
