“Pluskwy - bardzo rozczarowujące miejsce.”
During my stay I was bitten by bedbugs. At first I thought they were mosquito bites. Only after returning home did my husband realize they were bedbug bites. I’ve attached photos of the visible bite marks and medical documentation confirming the need for a medical consultation. Sensitive data in the documentation has been blurred. I won’t detail the entire complaint process here because it would take up too much space. The key point is that after correspondence, the hotel officially acknowledged the complaint and awarded us a specific amount. Unfortunately, the matter didn’t end there. Initially, a postal transfer was offered, which is absurd in today’s world. Ultimately, after agreement, the money was supposed to be sent by bank transfer. The problem is that instead of giving a specific payment date, we receive information that it will happen “without unnecessary delay.” In practice, this feels like another dragging of the issue and a ball‑passing game, even though the complaint was already officially acknowledged. My suspicions about the lack of good will to pay the money were confirmed by former and current staff entries about payroll arrears. It’s a shame that after the owed amount was granted, the matter could have been simply and amicably resolved. The review is the result of a real experience during the stay and subsequent complaint handling. The attached photos allow anyone to assess the scale of the problem on their own.

Lovely hotel with friendly staff. My room was big, clean, and comfy with a huge balcony, and my bike was safely stored at reception. Food and location are fab. A lovely atmosphere! My breakfast took ages (served individually, not a buffet) to arrive but is still highly recommended; just plan ahead if you need to check out quickly.

The hotel was spotless and well kept, and the lake‑view room stole our hearts ♥️ Breakfast was delicious with a wide selection of fresh items, and the private beach was a big plus. The hotel beach and pier felt a bit stale, and not every room has air conditioning.
