A decent hotel for a one‑night stay. The room wasn’t clean: sheets had stains, the floor was dirty, and there were hairs everywhere in the shower.

The only acceptable thing was the gym; still, it’s the best in the city. Cleanliness was awful, cockroaches appeared in the room at night, and the pool was dirty. The staff didn’t come to clean the room, we asked for two extra towels three times and never received them. Service was slow and unhelpful, and the facilities were poorly maintained.

Ottima colazione, buona posizione, staff gentile, camere pulite e linde. La nostra camera era senza finestra. Volendo avremmo potuto fare l’upgrade a pagamento. Consiglio di controllare prima cosa si sta prenotando
