The place was quiet, clean, and the staff respected everyone, especially the staff member Anisa, yet some Arab dishes were missing, though the Indonesian cuisine was enjoyable.

The hotel looked nice from the outside, but inside the room many things were broken or not working properly— the hot water kettle lid was broken, the sink drain took a long time to empty, the shower had no door so the whole floor got wet and slippery, and the bathroom smelled bad, leaving me very disappointed with my stay.
