While my stay at this hotel had its issues, I must give credit to the staff, who were incredibly welcoming and friendly. Nokwanda, in particular, went above and beyond to make me feel at home. However, the pool area was a major letdown, and I was disappointed by the lack of attention to detail in this area.

“It was great I enjoyed myself”

I had a lovely stay at this peaceful retreat, thanks in large part to the friendly and welcoming lady who was on hand to greet me. The atmosphere was serene and calming, and I appreciated the warm hospitality that I received. The swimming pool was a highlight of our stay, and the bedrooms were comfortable. However, we did notice that some of the rooms needed a bit of maintenance, particularly one room where the door couldn't be opened from the inside. Despite this, the pool made our stay enjoyable.

“I was basically scammed by Palm Grove lodge on the 25/12/25 ,till today I haven't received my refund”

I had a truly terrible experience at this hotel, which unfortunately turned out to be a scam. Despite my initial excitement, everything about my stay was a disaster, and I was left feeling cheated and disappointed. The hotel's failure to deliver on its promises was a huge letdown, and I would strongly advise others to avoid it at all costs.
