The room was very dirty, there was no water, and only the box air‑conditioning was present. They took Rs 2000 in advance and the service was ridiculous; the staff told me to wait at reception for an hour while they prepared the room, and the hotel manager didn’t refund my money. It was a very bad experience.

Ocean Front is a solid, budget-friendly option for anyone wanting a no-frills place to crash. The room was very basic and the AC was broken during my stay, but that was acceptable given the low price. Everything else matched expectations. I especially liked the safe parking space in the backyard for my motorcycle and the smooth, hassle-free coordination with the caretaker. The AC not working was a minor inconvenience, especially since the weather was cool; it’s something they should fix for future guests in warmer weather.
