“Warm and Wonderful Hospitality”
I love that the apartment was super close to Anfield stadium, which is perfect. Very convenient to pop by and visit the stadium as much as I wanted and more importantly, it is much safer to be able to just walk “home” after the game ends late at night. I also really appreciated the warm hospitality and professionalism shown by Meron and his staff in responding promptly to the concerns I had, to ensure my well-being comfort during my stay. One of the best British hospitality I have ever experienced thus far ! So keep up the good work. Just some minor feedback. Perhaps you could consider providing a more gender-neutral toiletries. The shampoo in the first room I was assigned was definitely meant for a male guest and the mirror in the bathroom was placed way too high for someone who is less that 5.5 feet tall such that I couldn’t see myself in it. A suggestion for your consideration as added service - an updated information alert about the road diversions along the nearby roads affecting bus routes, and alternative bus-stops and routes to get to and fro the apartment would have been useful. I got caught out having to walk further distances to get to the bus-stop to go to town, or when returning from town because the buses have been re-routed and were not stopping at the nearby stops. While I didn’t mind it too much as it enabled me to fulfill my 10,000 steps a day quota, it can be confusing and I did feel a little anxious thinking that I might have lost my way, since I am not familiar with the streets
