The price‑quality ratio was almost fair, but the rate shown at the front desk was way too high. The staff were extraordinarily friendly and super helpful, clearly working hard to keep everything tidy and clean. However, many things were old and the shower in the semi‑enclosed bathroom leaked.

The location was good, but there was no hot water on the seventh floor.
