The place is in a good spot, but the basic facilities are not well signposted – elevators, for example – and the pool is poorly positioned or used because there are no changing rooms, and there are no slippers in the room.

The rooms were modern, clean and had all the amenities, yet the front desk staff, management and reservation team refused to help me shorten my stay, blamed the agent and simply walked away. This was a hard situation for me, as one of the U.S. skiers affected by the fire in Nevados Chillan – we lost everything, but they were VERY inflexible. The customer experience was very poor.
