“Central, clean, comfy”
Amazing location in the centre of Naples. All the amenities we needed were in the room. Salvatore was kind enough to let us store our bags before the room was ready. It is a bit smaller than we expected from the photos, but we didn’t spend much time in the room, so it was fine for us.

The location and the lift for part of the way. The place was grubby, tired, needed a deep clean and new towels. I had to ask for cups for a cup of tea.
I liked the room’s décor and the convenience of a small fridge, plus the spot’s great location. But the steep stairs made it hard for my 74‑year‑old companion, and the place isn’t suitable for anyone with mobility issues. The staff mentioned a €15 cleaning fee, yet the room was far from clean: shower hairs, ants in the bed, yellow spots on the mattress, a noisy water pump, and a clogged shower drain that overflowed with black dirt onto the floor. The bathroom’s internal drain was also dirty.
