Amenities, jungle walk, entertainment, staff. Our room was out dated and had flying ants. Cleanliness was poor

Staff super kind. And Ambassadot service. Lanfscape of the hotel and pools. Restaurants being closed (example: main buffet was closed last 4 days of our stay, leaving as option only 3 a la carte restaurants. Extra paid foods

The property was mostly clean, but the bathroom upstairs near the Thai restaurant (I forgot the name) had feces on the seat.
