The room with a balcony looked nice, and the small lounge with hot and cold water was super; however, the mattress in our room was extremely soft and should be replaced.

The staff were really kind and helpful, and when I messed up my reservation dates they quickly sorted it out so we could still check in. The family rooms are spacious, nicely furnished, and even have a small fridge, which is a bonus. The property sits close to the restaurant street and the trailhead to Tortuga Bay, and fresh water is available at all times. I wish they offered breakfast, but there are restaurants nearby.

“Great location with comfortable rooms”

The place is in a fantastic spot, just a stone's throw from the pier and the main strip in Santa Cruz. We managed to check in early, which was a big help because we arrived on an early ferry. The room was small but cozy and perfectly suited for two people for a few nights. The common room and shared kitchenette on the first floor were very handy, and free water was supplied. There was a minor mix‑up when we first arrived—though I had messaged the day before and was told to come early, there was still some confusion. The venue has a lot of potential but felt a little soulless, perhaps because it was empty at the time. The bathroom could use better ventilation.

We came all the way from Argentina, and I usually don’t leave comments, but from the moment you step inside you feel the warmth and friendliness of everyone. The location is unbeatable—literally close to everything, and the area is beautiful. Inside, the hotel looks lovely; it’s clear it’s been restored, well decorated, clean, and had everything we needed, so we highly recommend it.
