I liked the location, but I didn’t like the bed – it was very hard.

The service at the front desk was good, but we were first put into a room that reeked unbearably, then moved to another where the floor felt sticky, a condom packet lay behind the headboard, the sheet was threadbare, the shower barely produced water, the glass bathroom curtain wouldn’t close properly so you could see straight through the stall, and the soundproofing was terrible.

“Bom, mas pode melhorar.”

The staff were very friendly, kind and helpful, and the breakfast was simple yet tasty; however, the bed felt like a plank, my tiny single room only had a single‑size bed, an old noisy minibar and no desk or chair for work, though when I asked the employee she promptly brought a table and was very accommodating.

The hotel was great, although the bathroom didn’t have a door, which didn’t really bother me.

The breakfast was decent for the price, but the other guests were noisy and the night‑shift receptionist did nothing to quiet them; I didn’t realize it was a motel, and the first room off the entrance stairwell was filled with loud, wild noises from people having sex, and the staff just ignored it, so the sound carried into all the rooms. Aside from that, everything else was fine.
