The cleanliness, location, polite staff, and tasty breakfasts were all excellent.

I liked the location and most entertainment spots were close by; the staff were polite, involved, and gave advice on where to go and how to get there faster. The room size was large enough for two people, but I didn’t like the sound insulation—there was basically none. The room was next to the elevator, so everything was audible, and there was a gap at the bottom of the door, which let noise in. I couldn’t sleep at night because people were moving around, and early in the morning there were arrivals. The cleaning also wasn’t very thorough.

The place was spotless, the breakfasts were delicious and everything fresh, plus the location was good. The only downside was that, for some unclear reason, the toilet had no water from about 9 am until later; the tap had good pressure but the water supply was off. After lunch everything worked again. When asked, staff said a pump wasn’t running and there was no electricity.

“Good location”

The spot is close to the sights and the breakfast is solid, but the beds felt uncomfortable and the room needed more cleaning.

“Bardzo dobre na city break.”

It’s near the city center, next to grocery stores, and the rooms are spacious. The problem was that there was no drinking water in the room and housekeeping didn’t clean the rooms during the stay.
