This chalet hotel is full of charm, feeling almost like home with wood as the main material. The staff are very welcoming and attentive. Breakfast is complete and excellent. It has a spa and is 200 m from the cable car, with lockers on site so you don’t need to bring skis or boots. A party on the other side of the square made some noise at night, but the double glazing muffled it.

Swiss‑style chalet décor with great taste and quality. The location is practically on the slopes (1500 m, in the heart of Baqueira). The staff are very refined and friendly, and they’ve been at the hotel for many years, so they already know us. In the afternoon, after a day on the slopes, they welcome you with broth, hot wine, chocolate and pasta. Breakfasts are very complete with a wide variety and quality of products. The menu features local items (e.g., deer) and good fish cooked naturally, homemade style. The hotel has a spa and free parking. I like everything, which is why I’ve been coming for a few weekends each season.

The location is unbeatable at Spain’s best ski resort, and the entire staff was extremely friendly, making us feel very comfortable. The hotel feels very cozy, the beds are comfortable, the rooms are very clean, and the bathroom is great, but the breakfast is definitely the highlight with eggs cooked to order, a wide selection of fruit, pastries, sandwiches, cheeses… I also recommend dining at the hotel’s restaurant for high‑quality local dishes and a great wine list. We’ll definitely be back next year!

The spot is ideal—just a short walk to the ski lift and close to bars and restaurants, which is super convenient. Everyone from reception to the bar, restaurant, and housekeeping was lovely. The food was excellent; breakfast was always amazing, plentiful, fresh, and well prepared, and dinner was also great with a lovely menu and really nice dishes. The small bar had nice service. The only downside was that our room lacked a coffee machine, and we wished there were a do‑not‑disturb sign to hang on the door if needed.
