“Braucht eine Renovation!”

The location and pool were positives, but the apartment was very old, cramped, and lacked space. There was no light in the kitchen, the bed was hard, and the bathroom had a bad odor.

“Non vero relax”

The location was good, but the apartment was bare and poorly maintained: only one pan, one pot, and one wooden spoon in the kitchen; an extra pot would have been broken, and there was no dishcloth. The shower in the bathroom leaked heavily, the sink was clogged, and the front door wouldn’t close properly, only the blinds could be shut and even those didn’t seal well. The sheets were worn, torn, and holey. The room was very noisy; we could hear everything happening in the neighboring apartments at any hour, as if the noise was right next to us.

The room was spacious and had a nice little terrace. The breakfast lacked variety and didn’t live up to a 4‑star hotel standard.

“Delusa...”

The pool’s relaxation area was a plus, yet the cleaning was nonexistent: floors were dirty and the bathroom was unclean. The internal sliding door wouldn’t close and opened in the wind. I pointed out that the apartment was handed over uncleaned, and was told the morning the cleaning would happen, but it never did. Every morning the bed was reset, a service I hadn’t requested or paid for, despite notifying them multiple times. Changing sheets and towels was also unrequested and not included. Air conditioning in the apartments was paid for, whereas it was included in the rooms. In other nearby accommodations I stayed at, air conditioning was always part of the included services at booking, whether in apartments or rooms.
