The staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was good, and the location is excellent. I was warmly welcomed by the man at reception and I’d recommend this place and hope to return. The water and coffee/tea in the room were just a warm welcome and didn’t improve the following days, and the room furniture was a bit worn and old.

Overall, it was good value for the money and met our needs. Thanks! Whether this matters depends on personal preferences and priorities. The elevator is small but it’s good that they have one. 😃 The room is small and the entrance is very narrow, especially if you’re a bit chubby, but we managed. We spent very little time in the room. The location was good for us. We will return.

The location was the best, the hotel was excellent and the staff had great communication. Thank you to the General Manager Mr Camron for your professionalism; keep up the great work. Thank you again for all your help. Everything was very good except on the last day there was a power cut in the morning during breakfast, but it was fine afterward and the afternoon was also fine; it didn’t affect us since we had already checked out, but I wondered if someone was in the elevator at that time.

Great location, good Russian‑speaking staff. The room needs cosmetic repairs. We were told there would be one double bed and one single, but in reality there were three single beds.
