Everything was very good. The location is perfect for day trips into the city, and we can recommend it. You do need to know the neighbourhood; it’s the Kiez. If that doesn’t suit you, look for a different area.

The location is truly central, close to everything including the main subway stations. The neighbourhood feels unsafe and the furniture is very old. On the upside, the room was warm.

The room is very centrally located on the Reeperbahn, the location could not be better. Communication with the reception was very good and the cleanliness was adequate. The triple‑bed accommodation was already quite worn and not very appealing, but it was sufficient for our group because we had expected that.

The location is central, but the building feels very old and you have to climb three flights up a steep staircase, which is impossible for people with disabilities. The rooms are clean yet very cramped. The toilet wobbles, and the mirror cabinet looks like it’s from the DDR era. The bed is comfortable, and the TV offers two channels. The second double room is even worse: the linoleum floor is wavy, creating a constant tripping hazard, and the bed is just a metal frame. The pictures on the website do not match the reality!
