The hotel sits in a wonderful town, its hilltop spot giving it a unique charm among olive trees. I enjoyed unmatched peace and quiet, and I’m grateful to Mr. Marco for his kindness and friendliness; he’s a fantastic host. I would definitely return and recommend this family‑friendly little place.

Marco was a lovely host and did so much for us; we’re very thankful not only for his accommodation but also for the taxi service that brought us back to Moderna. We especially appreciated him finding us in the middle of the night after we’d been off track following the wrong bus. The beds were a bit uncomfortable at times and there was no air conditioning, which made sleeping at night difficult. Otherwise, the rest of the facilities were above average and we were well accommodated during our stay.

The accommodation was full of cigarette smoke. The house’s smoke was so unpleasant that I had to leave and find another place. It’s okay for smokers, but for non‑smokers this place is unbearable. Marco was a courteous host.

Nice, quiet spot, clean rooms, responsive host, fully equipped kitchen to cook in. There was no air conditioning, but a fan for rent was available.

The host is very friendly, the location is quiet, the view is beautiful, there’s a balcony, and the host offers to drive a taxi. Wi‑Fi works only in the common area. There are two stove burners and the décor is charmingly old‑fashioned Italian. Currently a Romanian family lives there; they’re nice but don’t follow the rules and often leave everything dirty (the toilet was filthy, the pans and pots weren’t cleaned properly, the kitchen floor was sticky, the fridge was greasy). Quiet hours are not respected, and smoking occurs in the apartment despite it being prohibited. Despite all this, the place is still recommended overall.
