The hosts were amazing! I was there for the biennale and they knew everything about it and gave me great recommendations. We had interesting chats every morning. They were patient and made me feel at home. The place is in a historic building but has modern amenities like an air conditioner and an elevator. My room was huge and very clean. The neighborhood is very quiet yet close to everything. I wish I could have stayed longer. Nothing negative.

The hosts were very attentive to their guests. Every morning they gave tips for places in Venice and the surrounding area, whether it was restaurants, museums, island trips, transport, etc. The location was ideal.

We had a truly lovely stay. Riccardo and his wife mapped out a wonderful route through Venice for us and were always there whenever we needed anything. That genuine Italian warmth and energy made the whole experience feel personal. The location was great for getting out and exploring the city. Honestly, nothing. Everything was just as we hoped
