The place is super nice and clean, and the breakfast was amazing, but the balcony is large yet not well separated from the neighbors, which felt a bit odd, especially when opening the windows at night.

The location was quiet, the rooms were large and clean, and the self‑check‑in/out worked. Everything was perfect.

The bed was very comfortable, and on the top floor the view of the surroundings was beautiful. Cleanliness was good and the balcony was large for the room size. I generally think the idea of self‑check‑in is good because it offers flexibility for arrival. However, it should work and not take extra time or cause inconvenience. The check‑in was extremely tedious (despite having done the online check‑in from home beforehand). The room cards had to be programmed independently at check‑in, but they did not program even though handled correctly. Even the phone assistance could not solve the problem online via the system until they offered us a spare card from a safe. In total, the check‑in took about 30 minutes (as the only guests). From the balcony there was direct access to all other balconies (just one flower pot), which left little privacy and in summer you wouldn’t want to leave the balcony door open. Everything was very noisy. The breakfast room and buffet were extremely minimalistic. The lighting concept was complicated and very bright. Overall, everything was very cheap and not really tailored to customer needs or well‑being.

The room was very nice and the large balcony invites outdoor sitting. A small side table would be handy. Although the bed was comfortable, the creaking disturbed me when I turned often. I had to close the window despite the heat because the church bell rang loudly every hour.
