On the last day of my leisure trip to Washington D.C., I checked out around 9:30 AM but still wanted to explore the city before my 7 PM train. The staff kindly offered to hold my suitcase in a safe room at no extra cost, which made my day! However, the shampoo & body wash combo and the body lotion were all subpar, and there was no body washcloth (luckily I brought one). I expected better quality shampoo and body wash (separate), hair conditioner, and body moisturizer at this level of hotel.

I really appreciated how clean and comfortable the property was. The staff were friendly, the room was nice, and the overall atmosphere was great. Its location was convenient for everything we wanted to do. Honestly, there wasn’t really anything I disliked about the property; everything was great during our stay.

The place is super modern and clean, with friendly staff. It's within walking distance of Union Station and the metro, though the Capitol is a bit farther. The only downside was that breakfast wasn't included; you can buy it separately, but it seemed cheaper elsewhere. Overall, highly recommended!
