The rooms are basic, yet the service is exceptional. Both host gentlemen prepared a fantastic dinner each evening, and they also provided a solid breakfast and lunch before the safari. They’re two cheerful guys who will do everything to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
Budikka really goes out of his way to make you feel good. The food is tasty. Kalum is a young guy, but he can cook well with little. The little house was tidy, and everything was available. The beds are a bit firm, which is common here. Budikka also arranged the safari for a reasonable price. Overall we had a great time, and because it’s a home stay, the money is well spent.

It’s very quiet, a short walk to the national park and the lake. The facilities are new, the Wi‑Fi works well, and everything was immaculately clean. The staff took great care of us, from dinner to breakfast and lunch, all delicious and inexpensive. All our requests were met, and they even organized a safari for us. Buddika gave us a guided walk around the lake that night, letting us learn a lot about local life.

I strongly recommend Moni Hiuse Farm; the rooms are comfortable, the food excellent, and the hosts were kind and helpful. No problems at all.
