The experience was flawless from beginning to end; the staff were exceptionally attentive, friendly, and always ready to help, which made a big difference throughout my trip. The hotel was spotless and well maintained, giving me comfort and peace of mind the whole time. I was thoroughly satisfied with every part of the stay and would definitely return. I wholeheartedly recommend it without hesitation! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The place looked great and the service was good, but parking was an issue and the cost felt high.

We were within walking distance of Amtrak, the Lyric Opera, the Bean, and Mich Ave. The lobby was lovely, especially with a wine pour in the late afternoon. The staff were friendly and pleasant. The pizza downstairs was outstanding.

I loved the lobby area, but the room didn’t feel as luxurious as other Kimptons I’ve stayed at and didn’t live up to the expectations set by the lobby and the price. It felt a little “plastic-y,” as if I were in a cheaper hotel, and there was hair in the shower that hadn’t been cleaned.
