The hotel sits in a great spot, within walking distance of the main sights and still reachable by car without having to drive into the ZTL. Breakfast comes to the room, and it always matches what you ordered. The staff are polite and helpful as much as possible. Rooms are nicely air‑conditioned. However, we were switched from two identical rooms to one upgraded and one downgraded room without any prior notice or even when we received the keys, which caused a bit of confusion. Getting answers takes time during the stay.

“This hotel is absolutely fantastic!”

The place is just amazing—spotlessly clean, with a great breakfast that was simply delicious. Its location is spot on, on a safe, pleasant street and close to Termini station, yet you can still walk to all the main sights. I loved every minute of my stay and would recommend it without hesitation.

“Belle expérience”

The location is good, the room is clean and comfortable. The blinds are truly blackout, there’s air conditioning, and a large shower. The staff are friendly and efficient. Breakfast is good, served only in the room, but there’s a sufficient selection of good products and it arrives on time. A small drawback, though it doesn’t diminish my satisfaction, is the kitchen noise in the morning while breakfast is being prepared, but it’s not a big deal.

“Perfect for a short trip!”

The place is perfectly located and easy to find. The staff are welcoming, the air‑con works well, the room is clean, modern, and the breakfast is good. The only downside is that it’s on the 4th floor, though there is a lift.
