Nothing stood out positively, and the receptionist was unaware of our children even though we had booked for them; they insisted there was no need to record child details.

The location and room were great, but the rooms themselves had issues.

I didn’t stay in this hotel as my booking was cancelled without information. I am very disappointed with as you have no idea what’s is happening & kept my booking confirmed. I had to look for another hotel after reaching to Prayagraj. Moreover, the number provided by as property contact was not answered. Extremely bad experience. My booking cancelled without information & you guys at booking. com is not bothered what’s happening there. Very bad service from booking. com

The location was superb and the staff were exceptionally friendly, making our trip the best thanks to their support and hospitality, especially helpful for the older members of our family; nothing negative to add.

They moved us to a different property citing an electricity problem, but the new building’s lift was broken; then we were asked to relocate again to a third property that was in terrible condition, with walls covered in black moss and dampness, and everything was filthy and full of cobwebs, far from what we had originally booked.
