“We had an awesome time in Vancouver and at this hotel.”

The staff were very friendly, polite and respectful, and the courtesy was overwhelming; the kitchen manager and her team were exceptional and everyone was very accommodating, but the gym is small and its location is somewhat hidden around the corner of the Rooftop restaurant.

The hotel is very well located. The reception hosts are very kind and helpful. The room was clean and the bathroom was adequate for a hotel of this category. Don’t take breakfast; it consists of four dishes to choose from (hamburger with fries or sausages with fries, or waffles with fruit salad or Muesli cereals). It’s served at the table, not buffet, and leaves you a bit hungry. However, there are many nearby spots for breakfast. Even though there is a “gym” it is minimalist (one rack, one bike, one elliptical). The overall feeling about the staff is mixed; the hosts and waitresses are very good, but the rest is just okay.

The spot is great, the rooftop bar looks lovely, and the staff are really helpful. The furnishings feel a bit old‑fashioned.
