The kitchen was fully stocked and the place was close to everything—public transport, restaurants, and a grocery store, plus a 7‑Eleven right below. I’ll definitely book again because the owner was easy to talk to and helpful. The only downside is that the street is noisy with cars and motorbikes, so the balcony door had to be closed; however, the noise doesn’t reach the living room, so you can sleep there.
The view and the location are perfect for a family of four, and I have no complaints.

The view of Taal is great, but the wall decorations are minimal; adding more would make it more pleasant to look at.
The location is excellent with plenty of food, activities, and transport nearby. After check‑in, the contact person stopped responding until check‑out, which was frustrating on a weekend. The concierge should handle the weekend surge better to avoid long lines. The amenities listed on the app are inaccurate: there’s no microwave and the induction stove isn’t working. The room isn’t quiet; outside noise can be heard inside, unlike other units at the same property I’ve stayed in.
