The staff were very kind and extremely helpful; they immediately arranged a good car with a driver for several days, and they folded our clothes. We understood each other well in English and Russian. There is a fridge, kettle, and all the small items, even a razor. The only issue was the lack of a storage place, for example three shelves in the bathroom where we could put our gear. The towel hook is next to the shower. These small details could be improved. I deducted points in two places only because of that. A major improvement is needed, but overall it’s a 5.
