Located two minutes from Whangarei’s city centre, Motel Villa Del Rio offers Spanish‑style charm with free on‑site parking and complimentary broadband Wi‑Fi. Rooms feature tea/coffee makers, refrigerators, flat‑screen satellite TVs, and select units include full kitchens. Conveniently a six‑minute walk to Whangarei Hospital and a short drive to the museum, golf club, and airport.

Great location. Outside room, cuppa, cigi. Very poor water pressure for shower. No air con. Basic housekeeping.
Mayron·Vor 3 Wochen
Basic but clean and tidy and affordable

The shower needs to be cleaner and the pressure is low, which is a bit annoying.

Very convenient for a hospital visit, though it looks a bit tired but still nice and clean.
