Location is disappointing

We spent a long time checking in, the rooms had no light, and we were eventually placed in a room that was extremely cold. The heater didn’t work; a staff member brought a replacement heater but it failed to warm the room after two hours, so we left for another hotel.

The room felt very cozy with tasteful décor, the staff were wonderful, and the views were great; parking was easy to find and there were shops and restaurants nearby. I’d definitely recommend it.
