The breakfast was solid and the staff were friendly, but our first room had fleas that bit my legs all night; the front desk moved us to another room without much surprise when I showed them videos. The second room we were sent to had black mold on the ceiling above the AC unit and a terrible mold smell.

The lady at the check in counter upon arrival was wonderful. She also gave us the furthest room since we had littles with us to help neighbors block a bit of sound if needed. Our entry way light didn’t work so that made it hard with 2 moms getting ready. Additionally, after we checked in, grabbed dinner and came back, our door was open? Not sure how that happened. The floors on every level were VERY sticky

The room was clean and comfortable, but my shower water never got hot—no one likes a cold shower.

The staff were friendly, but I never received keys to my room. They were having system issues and had to copy my card and driver’s license, and the key‑maker was down, so someone had to walk me to the room. The first room they told us to go to was already occupied, so we had to go back downstairs for another room. In short, I never got a key to my room.
