Hello, I’m telling you that I chose your hotel on booking for your parking. After booking and paying, you inform me that the parking is paid and subject to availability. I think this is a questionable sales tactic because it’s misleading. If you’re already honest, I hope you’ll refund part of the parking fee. I also hope you’ll correct this with booking. The hotel’s location is 5 minutes on foot to the center of Can Collioure. Nothing else – everything is well taken care of.

The hotel is very good, excellent location and the staff was very good during the stay. Unfortunately we had a problem when we forgot the passport and they didn’t help us send it when we realized. Solving the issue took the whole day, so we missed the flight. Everything could have been resolved with a bit of good service and it wasn’t.

Wonderful views with a beautiful swimming pool. Helpful staff. I enjoyed the apartment and the hotel room for one night before. Nothing negative.

The pool area was a great place to relax. The lack of a lift to the room made it a pain – 70 steps with our cases to our room was no joy.
