Located in Manhattan's Theater District, steps from Times Square, the Casablanca Hotel by Library Hotel Collection offers a daily continental breakfast, free Wi-Fi, and 24-hour refreshments. The hotel features 119 rooms with flat-screen TVs, DVD players, and iPod docking stations, along with en suite bathrooms and complimentary bathrobes and slippers. Tony's di Napoli Restaurant serves Italian cuisine on site, and Bryant Park and Rockefeller Center are within a 7-minute walk.

The staff were excellent and the hotel was very clean, truly fabulous, though the shower head could have been better.

The location was truly fantastic, right next to Times Square, making it ideal for late‑night sightseeing or travel. The 24‑hour dining option was a big plus, especially the wide variety and excellent taste of the bagels each morning, and the coffee was surprisingly good. Staff were generally very friendly, and when I asked about using the shower head, they came over and explained it kindly. The biggest issue was the noise: I was assigned a room next to the elevator, and the corridor had no soundproofing, so the traffic and conversations were audible, making it hard to relax. Cleanliness was somewhat disappointing; there was a lot of dust on the walls and floor corners, giving the impression that the cleaning was not thorough. In the bathroom, the unfamiliar shower head required staff assistance, the drainage was poor, and the water quality was somewhat lacking. Finally, even considering it’s New York, the room felt too small for the price, making it frustrating to lay out a suitcase.

The location was fantastic—right next to Times Square—and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We first got an interior room that was a bit smaller with a very small window, but the staff promptly swapped it for an exterior room overlooking the street, which I was delighted with; the room and bathroom were significantly bigger and exactly what I wanted. Breakfast was continental and more than adequate, and having coffee, water and snacks available all day was a great bonus. I would definitely recommend this place. The only downside was the initial interior room we were allocated.
