The pool is amazing! After an accident, the staff supported us diligently, helping us at every step, and we’re extremely grateful. We recommend it if the goal of the visit is to immerse oneself in Vietnamese culture, as most tourists are locals. Avoid it if you’re looking to take advantage of its purchasing power.

I recently stayed at a beautiful resort with stunning gardens and a peaceful atmosphere. The grounds were truly lovely, and I could imagine how great it would have been in its prime with all the facilities it once had. Unfortunately, the pool was dirty and unusable, which was a shame because I was really looking forward to a swim. Despite this, I still enjoyed my stay and appreciated the serene surroundings.

My recent stay at this hotel was a mixed experience. While the pools were truly breathtaking, I was disappointed to find that the staff didn't speak any English, which made communication a significant challenge. The hotel's information booklet in our room was also only in Vietnamese, except for a few basic rules like not demolishing the property or swimming naked.
