The first thing that stood out was the cold beer in a glass – the first pour was free, and after that you could drink for 300 yen unlimited. It’s self‑serve, like a bar in an izakaya, so you can pour the amount of foam you like. I drank until 4 am while working. Soft drinks were free in unlimited quantity. The room had a cold/ warm water dispenser. I chose it because it was close to my client visit on the first morning of the trip. From the photos I thought it looked like a love hotel, but it was actually a love hotel (laugh). Besides the round table, there was a desk for PC work. The bath, toilet and washbasin were separate. Parking was on the first floor, the room on the second floor directly above, so I could come and go freely. Online payment was accepted and they provided a receipt. Overall I had no problems, but the building is old so the facilities are outdated. The room is on the second floor and only accessible by stairs, which is a bit difficult for people with mobility issues. The shelf in the room was broken and left hanging, probably from an old karaoke deck.

I liked the spacious, open feel, though the stairs were steep, narrow and a bit dangerous. The furniture showed signs of age and breakage, and maintenance seemed lacking.

The price was cheap.

Everything from face masks to condoms and food could be ordered to the room. It turned out to be a pay‑per‑hour hotel, which I only realized when I got there and saw the sign. Some of the furniture in the room was broken.
