“Eklig”

The pool was the only thing that stood out positively. Title: Absolutely the worst hotel experience – extremely unprofessional ⭐ 1 of 5 stars I had by far the worst hotel experience ever. I was told checkout was at 10:00, yet the hotel rules clearly stated 11:00. The owner knocked on my door at 10:00 and again at 11:00; on the second visit he waited right outside until I left the room, which was so uncomfortable and stressful that I ended up leaving the room in my underwear. I also had a friend visit in the morning to drop something off; she arrived around 9:30 and was only there briefly. Still, the owner demanded €60 in cash as a supposed fee for a second person and threatened to call the police if I didn’t pay immediately. His behavior towards me during the stay was particularly unpleasant. He texted me on WhatsApp at night asking if I wanted to come to him. For me, that was completely unprofessional and inappropriate for a hotel owner. I never felt comfortable or respected in this hotel. The guest treatment was absolutely unacceptable. The constant checks, waiting outside my door, pressure over the alleged extra person, and the police threat caused me enormous stress. I have never had such an unpleasant hotel experience and I definitely cannot recommend this place.
