Very close to the garden and castle, the tram line, and good restaurants.

The spot was great—walking to the city and even to Okayama Castle was easy, so the location was perfect. The parking, though, was a little farther away.

It was convenient that there was a parking lot nearby, and the underground Chinese restaurant was delicious; the street was quiet with few cars, making it easy to come and go. The parking fee seemed reasonable for long‑term use, but it felt pricey for a night‑time check‑in and early morning check‑out.

The Chinese restaurant next door served great food, and the bathroom and toilet were spacious, with a washbasin that made the room feel larger than expected; you could even see Okayama Castle from the window. The only issue was that the directions to the parking lot were confusing.
