The room was clean and the lift system worked well, but the staff behaved poorly and the location was inconvenient.

Everything was fine overall, yet the washroom cleanliness was lacking and the reception guy’s behavior was off; he took my advance while I was en route, the AC stayed off for almost 2 hrs, I had to call them 5–6 times before it was fixed, full payment was taken at check‑in, and the terrace was in a mess.
