The facilities were also top-notch, making my stay truly enjoyable.
The bungalow I stayed in had a convenient parking spot right outside.
The kids' wooden play area was in a state of disrepair, which I understand can happen over time, but it would be great if they could fix it for the kids' safety.
The location was perfect, offering stunning views of the town and the Queralt Sanctuary.

“Just what we needed for a comfortable break in our journey”
The place was impeccably clean and the staff were extremely helpful. It’s close to supermarkets, and we only stayed one night because it was on our northward route, but it was convenient and great to have a secure enclosed garden for our dog. It would have helped to have bins around the site for dog poo bags – we weren’t sure what to do with them. Neither sink had a plug, so washing up was difficult.
“Parfait!”
The infrastructure and the modernity of the bungalows were great. The only issue was the need to reserve the restaurant in advance.
“Repetiríamos, sin duda.”
The staff were super friendly everywhere, from the security guard to the pool bar lady, and every single one was kind; the facilities were fantastic for adults and kids alike, with pools, slides, parks, sports courts, and a great on‑site supermarket offering good value, take‑away food, and a restaurant, plus vending machines. We stayed in Bungalow Moixeró 15, which is small but adequate for two adults and two kids when the weather is nice, as we ate out for breakfast and dinner each day. If we had needed to stay inside with our two‑year‑old and three‑year‑old, it would have felt a bit cramped. Still, the layout is great with two rooms, a well‑equipped kitchen, a dishwasher, a fridge, a spacious shower, a magnificent terrace, and a superb barbecue – we really enjoyed it and are very happy with the experience. The bathroom smelled awful and there was no fix unless something was wrong with the pipes; it also lacked a direct window. They did offer some financial compensation, but it didn’t fully make up for it and should have been avoided; we managed with a bit of air freshener and no further issues. The maintenance technicians and resort management’s attitude was more than fabulous and charming. Another issue was that when we moved the beds together for child safety, there was a lot of dirt in the corners and under the sofa that we had to move to pick up toys. Since cleaning only happens during guest turnover, perhaps it could be intensified a bit.
“Sublime”
I loved everything about this cozy little chalet; it was truly a dream, though I didn’t plan to stay more than one night and will return. The only downside was the language barrier between French and Catalan.
“Estaba deseando irme”
The only good thing was the fenced area for dogs. The path to my bungalow says no one else can access it unless they have a bungalow there, which felt like the Ramblas – suggestion? Allow access with a wristband. With dogs it’s quite uncomfortable that people keep passing by. The staff are very unfriendly, they’re very young and inexperienced with the public. Only the cleaning staff were pleasant. The “saltarpark” only opens from 18h to 20:30h, why? I don’t understand why there are three people there, because they’re supposed to be watching the kids, but they’re not. I left my children while they were playing and that’s what I saw. They scold the kids for “playing” and force them to clean up the equipment. The pools have mold and are slippery. Activities are scarce and cheap. The kitchen is just enough to force you to wash by hand or use a dishwasher. The pamphlet explanations and directions are wrong, and the staff tell you: “they put it there, it’s indicated there” and can’t explain it themselves; they’re like robots. I was looking forward to leaving, what a shame. The value for money is terrible. I won’t return.
