The spot is fantastic, the staff are super nice and the price couldn't be better, yet the lack of an elevator made luggage a hassle and the surrounding businesses got noisy after dark.
I couldn't stay the last night because of work commitments, asked for a refund on the unused night, and never got any resolution.
The staff were genuinely friendly and attentive, but the hotel's location was inconvenient and far from the main attractions.
“Buen hotel”
The property feels very modern, spacious and clean, and it's surrounded by plenty of shops and restaurants, which was a big plus.
