The service and overall experience were very good, and there was nothing to criticize.
“Aceptable”
The rooms are spacious, but a bit old; a restyling is needed. If you drive a car without an eco‑tag, you have to move it from the parking because it’s not covered and you risk a fine.
Very friendly reception, parking in the underground garage is perfect, and the city is a 15‑minute walk away.
“Not a 5 star hotel”
The staff were good, but the hotel feels far from a 5‑star experience and clearly needs rest.
“Satisfactorio”
Breakfast was very good and the location is great, but the pool is too small for children.
