After visited the accommodation before 16h00, we found an absolutely disgusted overnight accommodation. I personally spoke to the owner who voluntary agreed that my accommodation would be cance3lled and refunded. He spoke to his lead lady and agreed that our overnight would be made available for someone else. He stipulated that the full amount paid will be refunded. After we reported the related issue with yourselves, he changed his mind to the opposite by refusing the repayment to ourselves. This speaks loudly of integrity. We are awaiting and demand a full refund as agreed with the owner. Nothing at all, the staff was friendly

Everything was neat and tidy. I was not told about the kitchen, so I didn’t realize there was no kettle or coffee in the room.

The pool and the location were great. The bed, however, is too high.

“Expect a refund this was terrible”

The rubbish bin was dirty and overfilled, there was no proper check‑in process, parking was limited and difficult to navigate, and the noise levels were terrible.
